Abstract

This article discusses the effectiveness of the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program in Sambutan Village, Samarinda City, focusing on aspects such as timeliness, targeting, quality, quantity, and usefulness. This research was conducted in Sambutan Village, Samarinda City. The type of research is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing methods from Matthew B. Miles and A. Michael Huberman. The results of the study show that the implementation of the BPNT program in Sambutan Village has been effective. Based on five aspects: timeliness, targeting, quality, quantity, and usefulness, three of them have been achieved. Meanwhile, the aspects of timeliness and targeting have not been achieved.
